Dr. Adetola B. Adesida is a full Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Alberta whose research interests lie in cartilage bioengineering, stem cell biology, regenerative medicine, space microgravity, and mechanobiology. These research areas are at the interface of basic and applied research fostering the expertise and collaborative efforts of biologists, biomedical engineers, clinicians, material scientists and mechanical engineers.
