Dr. Michelle Inness is an Associate Professor at the University of Alberta’s School of Business in the areas of Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Management. Additionally, she serves as the School of Business’s Assistant Dean, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, in which she is committed to nurturing an environment where all members of our community can thrive, reach their full potential, and where barriers and biases are removed. Dr Inness’s research interests include exploring work and wellbeing, occupational health and safety, workplace aggression, employee thriving and resilience, meaningful work, workplace safety and political psychology at work.
